Regular mopping may clean the faces of your tile to keep your floors looking nice, but mopping will never get those grout lines as clean as a professional tile and grout cleaning will. In fact, regular mopping can make the grout lines dirtier, acting as little canyons for the dirt to build up.

Grout is a porous material that will hold all types of dirt, spills, and allergens. This can make spots of your grout look darker, or more commonly the grout lines become gradually and evenly darker. Often times the grout lines should be lighter in color than the tiles.

Our Professional Cleaning Process

The cleaning process we use can bring life back to your floors.

First, we will spray every inch of your tile floor with a professional cleaner. While the cleaner is soaking and breaking up the contaminants that are on the tile and deep in the grout line, the technician will also be manually scrubbing every grout line. Then, using our powerful truck mount with a high-pressure hot water extraction system, we will essentially be pressure washing the tile and grout, vacuuming up all the contaminants and cleaning solution, leaving your tile and grout clean and residue free!
